The central level workshop of the members of the Steering Committee for National Sanitation Action (SCNSA) and stakeholders held on the 20th November 2007 developed the vision, objectives, strategies and program activities of the Nepal Country Plan for the IYS-2008. At that time, the stakeholders signed joint commitments for implementing the Country Plan in a coordinated way.
